Kinnaman Elementary Weekly Review (3/11/26)

Hello Coyotes! Last meeting, on March 11, we went over for loops, a brief review of while loops and if/elif/else statements, and gave full conditionals practice problems! We also went over the range function, which is also important for creating lists of numbers in some instances. The students have shown great improvement in their understanding of syntax, and I am confident they will be able to apply this knowledge to more complex problems in the near future! At the next meeting, on March 17, we will have a full practice session on conditionals, as well as introduce lists, dictionaries, and related topics, with a focus on actually typing code ourselves as students! Even though this content is already covered, the students need to apply it to actual coding situations rather than just memorize the syntax. I am excited for the weeks ahead.
