Hey, Wolves! Today, we had another egg drop challenge - except this time, each team used their own creativity and imaginations to create the best structure to protect their eggs, with whatever materials they had access to. We saw our young engineers using toilet paper/paper napkins, lots and lots of masking tape, balloons and even a Christmas stocking to build their creations! Upon conducting the egg drops, each group was successful in making sure that their egg didn't break - a huge achievement for our students, and a massive increase in success from the first time we did this challenge! Next week, we'll be learning about the structure of catapults and building our own mini-catapults out of popsicle sticks, rubber bands and spoons. Thanks for another great session, and see you all soon!
