We are so excited to announce a new STEM for Others chapter at Windsor Elementary School in Burnaby, British Columbia! As part of our mission to accelerate STEAM education for youth everywhere, this chapter is offering an Introduction to Engineering course for students in grades 4-6. Students will learn about a wide variety of topics related to engineering such as different types of energy and architecture through hands-on activities and experiments. They will be building their own catapults, mini towers out of noodles and marshmallows, and conducting several other experiments and activities to help them develop a better understanding of engineering principles and have a fun time in the process.
