Guilford Free Library Weekly Review (5/6/26)

Hi everyone, this week we had another really productive class to end our Pre-Algebra program off on a good note. We started today's class by spending several minutes going over everything we learned in all of the previous classes. Then, we moved on to our final lesson: Geometry. We covered some fundamental topics such as finding area and perimeter of rectangles and triangles and the diameter, radius, and circumference of a circle. Everyone picked up on this very quickly so we were able to get to the perimeter and area of composite figures before we ended class with some practice. This program was really fun to teach and everyone was really focused and excited to learn the whole time!
