St John's Ravenscourt Weekly Review (5/27/26)

Hi everyone! At our Digestive Enzyme Workshop, middle school students learned how enzymes help break down food and support digestion. We started with a short slideshow introducing enzymes and the different jobs they do in the digestive system.
Students then participated in fun, hands-on experiments to see enzymes in action and learn how factors like temperature can affect how they work. To wrap up the workshop, everyone tested their knowledge with an exciting Kahoot game that reviewed the key concepts we learned.
Overall, the workshop was a fun and interactive way for students to explore biology, ask questions, and learn more about how their bodies digest food.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Thank you to all who participated throughout the year, and I can't wait for all the fun activities next year!
