Tilicum Weekly Review (5/19/25)

Hi Tigers! This week we started our final project of the year. We learned about the history of bridges and the engineering principles behind bridges, specifically the tension and compression forces, that allow them to fulfill their function of supporting weight. We also engaged in a discussion about the various different types of bridges and shared some primitive design ideas for bridges. This was a very fun and productive week, and I’m very excited to see what you guys will come up with next week for the hands-on part of our bridges project. See you next week tigers!
