About Ryan
Hi! I'm Ryan Kim, a senior at Bellarmine College Preparatory and the Co-Founder of STEM For Others. Ever since I was young, I've had a deep passion for math and computer science, fostered through the incredible opportunities I was given. Unfortunately, these opportunities are often disproportionately withheld from marginalized communities from the very start, impacting their education, career, and future. That is why I decided to create STEM For Others, a nonprofit organization based on equalizing educational inequalities by providing the opportunities that are very often unavailable to our youth. I direct all strategy, chapter management, and growth of our nonprofit, building the organization ground up to 100+ chapters and 800+ volunteers the past 4 years.
