Hello Plano STEM Enthusiasts! I’m excited to introduce myself, Aarav Rao as the Chapter President for STEM for Others in the Plano area! Our mission is to make STEM education accessible to everyone, and I'm thrilled to lead the efforts of the new STEM for Others chapter here in Room 1 of the library. We’re kicking off with our first session on Intro to Coding using Python, a versatile and beginner-friendly programming language. Whether you’re a complete newbie or have dabbled in coding before, this session will guide you through the basics of Python. We’ll start with variables and data types, ensuring you understand how to store and manipulate information in a program. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to write simple Python programs and understand the foundational concepts that will serve as the building blocks for more advanced coding projects. Here’s a quick overview of what to expect: Location: Study Room 1, Plano Davis Library Topic: Intro to Python coding (beginner-friendly!)
