Oak Springs Weekly Review (10/22/25)

Dear Dolphins, we had a blast, literally, with our Coke and Mentos experiment! We wanted to see which soda would react the most with 2 mentos. After taking notes from our observations, we noticed that out of Dr. Pepper, Coke, Pepsi, Sprite, and Fanta, Dr. Pepper gave us the bigger explosion. Even though our hypothesis(Sprite) was wrong, the kids enjoyed the experiment and learning about this type of wicked chemistry. We can’t wait for next week!!
